Your Role:
Tenable seeks a dynamic Field & Channels Marketing Manager to join the APAC Marketing Team. You will be part of an energetic and collaborative team focused on pipeline generation which has immediate and long-term impact on our business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing campaigns and activities.

You will work very closely with Tenable India's management team, territory and channel sales team, channel partners, aligning with the global marketing team to generate awareness, interest and demand for Tenable solutions. You are the go-to marketing expert of India - responsible for executing the right mix of marketing tactics to engage with decision makers and influencers.

Your Opportunity:
  • Own the marketing plan from strategy, plan, execution and ROI analytics, maintaining a rolling quarterly planning process. Track, measure and report on pipeline metrics across field and channel marketing programs.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in sales, channel and alliances to understand market needs, target accounts, and revenue goals. Build and execute on a marketing plan that aligns to and supports sales objectives, measured by marketing contribution to pipeline.
  • Create, execute and manage partner marketing programs with the partner community. Work directly with channel manager, on partner marketing plans that support the region's sales objectives, including MDF management.
  • Plan and execute marketing programs and activities directly in the field and/or with channel partners for lead and demand generation programs, as well as drive partner adoption and utilization of Tenable-led campaigns, promotions and tools.
  • Collaborating with specialist sales teams and leverage corporate campaigns and solution messaging for go-to-market strategy and tactics.
  • Identify and clearly articulate unique needs of the India market and make practical recommendations that resonate with the market.
  • Track, measure and report on pipeline metrics across field and channel marketing programs. Make data-driven decisions to determine and evolve the ideal marketing mix.
  • Drive account-based marketing programs and collaborate with sales stakeholders to execute sales plays. Drive customer marketing execution and cross-sell plays.


What You'll Need:
  • Minimum of 8-15 years experience in marketing technology products and solutions B2B, channel and direct. Experience in cybersecurity companies a plus
  • Deep understanding of the channel business model, marketing to/through/with partners.
  • Demonstrated experience and results in
    • Building and executing a marketing plan, channel and direct
    • Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with sales teams, marketing as a partner to sales for success.
    • Developing and executing successful channel marketing lead generation programs with channel partners and distributors.
    • Strong written and communication skills
  • Competent in using CRM tools (preferably salesforce) and marketing automation tools
  • Willingness to leverage (or learn) and evangelize technology stacks and digital tools for
    Account Based Marketing.
