Job Specifications - Marketing Manager, Executive Programs
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager in India to join our Executive Programs Marketing team. This high impact role will be an integral part of our executive engagement strategy, responsible for pro-actively leading a program of high value, high touch engagements with CxOs across the India market.
This is a unique opportunity to create high value experiences which connect CxO executives in peer to peer conversations around topical issues that are impacting the way senior leaders shape their organisations and industries. It offers a rare opportunity to build close relationships with senior executive stakeholders both internally and externally and an environment in which to collaborate with Asia Pacific and global stakeholders to build an inspirational program of activity.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with senior sales leaders to understand business priorities, key deals and buying cycles
  • Partnering extensively with sales leaders and sales teams to identify and understand CxO priorities and challenges across key customers and prospects
  • Developing a high value, high touch program of engagement with CxOs and senior executives from across Salesforce customers and prospective customers
  • Working closely with marketing agencies to evolve and deliver CxO engagement programs
  • Partnering and collaborating tightly with cross functional marketing teams in order to build integrated go-to-market plans
  • Managing end to end executive marketing programs - including strategy, planing, stakeholder engagement and tactical delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to experiment in order to continuously evolve and improve program impact
  • Measure and report on marketing program effectiveness and develop ways to learn from experiments to constantly improve.

About you:
  • You're a driven self-starter
  • You have considerable event marketing management experience - ideally in person and virtual - and you relish the opportunity to create and deliver high touch engagements
  • You have considerable experience in B2B marketing
  • You have enjoy working both strategically and operationally, both conceiving and working all the way through to delivery marketing strategies and plans
  • You have deep experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and enjoy working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders in a fast paced environment
  • You have partnered closely with complex sales teams to understand business priorities and build a high impact corresponding marketing strategy
  • You love project management, planning and pride yourself on having brilliant organisational skills and an attention to detail like no other
  • Ideally you have experience building and delivering marketing strategies that engage CxOs and Senior Executives

Requirements:
  • Relevant and Industry experience of 8-12 years.
  • Experience in building high impact, high touch marketing programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - including proven experience working closely with senior sales leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast moving environment
  • Proven ability in a role requiring high-attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Bachelors degree preferred
