About the Team

Therole will be in Governance and Adoption (GA), part of theInstitutional Clients Group Engineering and Architecture Practice (ICGEAP). Governance and Adoptionis adynamicteam ofChange Agentswhosemission is to get things done and demonstrate value. The function defines and delivers a high standard project management practice,using change management techniques to drive adoption across 30,000 developers and achieve sustainable results.

Thisis an exciting opportunity for a creative marketing designer to help the team build impactfulmarketingmaterial to promote adoption of strategic product and capabilities.This is a technical role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into visually compelling stories for all types of marketing assets that drive business resultswhichmayincludewebsites, presentations, landing pages, infographics, social media graphics, printed collateral, event graphics, video, iconography, illustration

  • Collaborate with stakeholders toproduce marketing content to supportproject needs and goals

  • Present designs to key stakeholders and gain alignment around decisions

  • Designartefacts in line withbrandguidelines

  • Provide support to enhancewritten content and visuals to create impactful communicationforend-users (developer /engineeringpopulation)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Solid experiencein marketing design or product marketingina largeTechnologyorganisation- designing logo, branding and branded material such as PowerPoint

  • Strong experience in HTML and CSS

  • Experience with video/motion graphics would be a big plus

  • Strong sense of design principles, typography, layout, attention to detail, and conceptual skills

  • Ability to think creatively and be able to drive new ways to visualy supportcommunicationacross initiatives

  • Advanced knowledge of the latest design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to work efficiently, quicklyandconsistentlywithhigh level of attention to detail
