Job Description

  • Investigating market activity.
  • Collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
  • Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and opinion polls.
  • Develop and design qualitative and quantitative custom market research projects.
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
  • Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.
  • Analyse consumer preferences to determine the potential sales of a product or service.
  • Compiling and analysing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
  • Performing SWOT analysis on market and product reliability.
  • Ability to undertake and commission primary, secondary research and stakeholder mapping.
  • Create a visual of industry trends and of competitors so organisations can predict how products and services will fare in the marketplace.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
  • Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases.
  • Remaining constantly and fully informed with the latest market trends, best research implementations, practices, etc.
  • Meet all deliverable, timelines and commitments.
