Role Responsibilities

Processes

  • Knowledge of Trade processes including letters of credit and open account products.

  • Support Regional COO in transforming the Trade Operations into best in class Trade Ops shop with best in class turn around times, controls, and standards so as to provide market best client service, and predictable turn around times in a manner that the risks, if any, are clearly understood and managed.

  • Determine and execute key business initiatives that will drive efficiencies in business operations.

  • Develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market share, demographic trends, and growth projections.

  • Ability to review end to end processes and suggest improvement areas through LEAN methodology.

  • Value stream mapping and practical knowledge in handling VSM.



Agile ways of Working

  • Knowledge of Agile concepts and basics of product ownership/scrum master.

  • Certification in Agile principles would be an added advantage.


Data Analytics and Technical Skills

  • Technical skills and knowledge of various tools available for Data analysis and provide insights.

  • Knowledge of Robotic process automation and macro will be an added advantage.


Stakeholder Management

  • Building strong stakeholder relationships both at senior level, influencing people with different agendas to adopt new concepts and different ways of working.

  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, engender trust with stakeholders and advise operations on the potential implications of stakeholder priorities.

  • Creating, overseeing and monitoring a stakeholder engagement plan

  • Regularly reviewing success of stakeholder engagement and advising team on the best way to influence particular stakeholders

  • Liaising with communications colleagues to agree on timely communication to be sent to key stakeholders


Other Responsibilities

  • To identify and highlight Continuous Improvement initiatives in simplifying the processes, procedures.

  • To identify & highlight standardization opportunities.

  • To actively drive the C3 initiatives and engagement.

  • To enthusiastically participate in the Quality initiatives of the organization and achieve expected results in the work place.
