The Role Responsibilities

  • Actively take part in the Production Support team.

  • Taking responsibilities on the incidents reported and coordinating with L3/project team for resolution.

  • Managing the change request and coordinating with the Primary / Secondary implementers for approvals.

  • Performing impact analysis and Root cause analysis.

  • Analyze the issue report by users and provide solutions

  • Having knowledge on Incident Management, Change management process

  • Monitoring the application on critical hours

  • Performing application Health check on regular basis

  • Involving in the application related changes and performs the Impact analysis, having walk through with the Primary / Secondary Implementers and seeks for their approval

  • Closure of remedy tickets on time and all tickets shouldbe resolved within the given SLA and the tickets should be closed on time.

  • Co-ordinating with Vendor on the Application support

  • Willing to come in shifts as per the PSS shift rota & support BAU 24X7 support model including night and weekend support.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Key Stakeholders
Business Users

  • Enterprise datawarehouse in Teradata and Hadoop

  • Expertise in HDFS,HIVE,SQL/HQL and other Hadoop ecosystems.

  • Experience on production support and control-M, putty tools

  • Unix scripting and SRE experience

  • Experience on automation tools - Confluence, Jira, Jenkins

  • Problem solving skills and Analysis of Control M Jobs

  • Banking domain knowledge

Teradata/BigData/Cloud Certification is desired
