Highlight Top / Key Responsibilities for this position
Managing complete employee life cycle from joining to exit.
While understanding MSOL business liase closely with the MSOL Leadership and global business leaders to form effective HR strategies.
Understand MSOL thrust areas and plan tailored HR actions to support business.
Ensure Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are created for all employees and work with the leadership team on timely completion of the development areas.
Ensure training calendar is in place based on the trainings identified through IDPs.
Drive programs targeted at competency enhancement trainings leveraging Corporate L&D and other external/ internal resources other external/ internal resources .
Benchmark the Company policies with best in the industry and ensure the same is communicated across the across the organization and addressing queries.
Onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Experience in handling establishment and payroll related compliances.
Timely updation of HRMS and relevant employee database.
Leave and attendance management.
Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Planning and executing employee engagement activities.
HR reporting and analytics, gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues / queries.
Process ownership, adherence to policy and process guidelines.
Handling medical insurance & related issues.
Working on automation of HR processes.
Desired Educational Qualification
Full time MBA in HR or PGDBM in HR specialization with 10 to 15 years of experience
Technical Skills / Knowledge Required
Handling sensitive and confidential situations/information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS systems (e.g. Oracle)
Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of payroll and establishment compliances
Desire to work as a team
Results driven approach/ attitude
Experience in HR Generalist role
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels of an organization
Working knowledge and experience in HR dashboards and reporting
