Job Description

The primary role is to
1. interact with the business users in the area Sales & Distribution (Logistics from FG Stores in Dispatch locations to Depots and Billing to Dealers, Manufacturing (FG Warehouse). Primarily responsible for Order to Cash cycle within SAP,
Integration of SCM (Demand Management) with SD to create planned orders,
Backend Sales Reporting and Analytics from the Plant to the Dealers / distributors (Primary Sales),
Integration with Front Sales Systems (Secondary sales systems, B2C channel like E-commerce, Services and Solutions ).
Responsible for establish processes and interfaces to maintain Master data for Products, Pricing and Trade Scheme Management
2. Gather requirements from the users
3. Design & Blueprint document on the basis of the understanding and the requirements of the business processes.
4. Share & co-create solutions and options by leveraging the latest features of the SAP SD module.
5. Interact with the 3P / SI Partners in order to configure and develop the chosen option / solution.
6. Ensure testing and pilot roll-out with the help of end-user champions (IT Champions within business.)
7. Monitor the usage of the applications to deliver the envisaged business benefits.
To be a IT SPOC in sales & distribution, logistics related applications /users.
To socialize IT & digital technologies, solutions across the stakeholders as well as users to inculcate a culture of digital first thinking in sales by seeding technologies like RPA, AI/ML in the areas of pricing, scheme effectiveness, Analytics , modelling of historical sales data to predict future trends.
To Spot opportunities to leverage digital technologies to build solutions and demonstrate the same to all the stakeholders in Sales.
