Job Description :
Participate in direct calls and leads in presentations to customers, consultants and specifies. Maintains personal contact with major customers to ensure appropriate level of customer satisfaction is achieved. Technical expert on motion control products and applications with hands on exposure is preferred Responsible for bringing is business volume by providing optimized solution, conducting pilot, achieving the desired performance of the system Responsible for value selling and product promotion into the market for Servo (Motion Control), AC Variable Speed Drives to convert into business. Driving business through Channel Partners, Engaging Customers (End users, OEMs, Panel Builders, contractors) & Consultants Responsible for sensitizing internal colleagues & support Channel partners to combat competition especially for complex motion applications. Responsible to get updated on latest technical developments on products and solution in house & competitors and support customer to arrive optimized solution Adherence to sales processes and guidelines, obtaining necessary approvals & documentation. Support in Channel Management process e.g Sales Area analysis, Channel evaluation, appointment & termination Periodical updating of CRM tool.
