Job Description

1. Business Expansion
a. Responsible for representing Kalorex in Business shows i.e franchise India, Expos, etc.
b. Responsible for identifying and pitching to prospective Investment partners across the various business models of Kalorex for Schools, Pre-Schools and supplementary Programmes.
c. Inspect and evaluate the available options given by the prospective Investors as per the Business plans of Kalorex.
d. Prospecting and converting current Schools & pre-Schools to Kalorex projects
e. Generate business information from the market including market and competition analysis and report.
f. Develop consultants for assistants in business expansion .
g. Build funnel and co-ordinate in conversion with Altus Head Office team.
h. Responsible for brand building at the regional level.
i. Exploring and closing tie-ups with existing Pre-Schools and consultancy firms / individuals for admissions, activities and conversions.
2. School Marketing and Admissions – Calorx Public School at Regional level.
a. Act as a buddy for Calorx Public School in the region.
b. Conducting ATL, BTL, DM activities, Parents workshops, Seminars and other engagement activities on regular intervals for promoting Calorx Public School in the region.
c. Conducting and supervising Teacher home visits for existing and prospective students
d. Coordinate between Altus Office and School for initiating and implementing School promotion Schemes and activities.
e. Coordinate branding & media activities along with media department
f. Responsible for generating walk-in enquiries and converting them into admissions &for achieving Student Admission Target on year on year basis
g. Monitoring admission funnel / pipeline and converting them into admissions
h. Conducting and supervising tele-calling, SMS/Whatsapp and other communication campaigns for reaching out to the target audience
i. Finding out and working on new potential target segments / catchment areas for increasing student number and admissions
3. School Operations
a. Keeping track of Competition activity, offers and schemes launched from time to time.
b. MIS generation, data crunching and reporting as per the defined time intervals
c. Keeping a track of market trends and reporting on scheduled basis
d. Exploring, evaluating &closingprospective options for Asset Sweating in co-ordination with Altus office.
e. Responsible for general administration including School Infra & maintenance, Transportation and other related activities.
4. Yali Merchandising – Regional Market
a. Propagate the use of Yali merchandise amongst Students, Parents and Teachers
b. Coordinate with Altus office to propagate and position Yali Merchandise
c. Finding and finalizing new vendors / suppliers and supply chain
d. Revenue generation from Yali merchandising
