Job Description :
Quality Services (QS) org provides testing support for Devices, Retail and AWS products. The primary objective of QS org is to provide manual testing support, which includes regression and new feature/product testing. Quality Services Manager (L4) would manage QSAs and SMEs. He/ She to mentor/coach QSAs/SMEs and ensure test case execution process is managed well. Quality Services Manager will be the point of contact for the QSAs, SMEs and QAEs for clarification queries/project execution/work allocation. A Quality Services Manager will also be required to look at optimizations in the processes followed and bring about improvement in quality / productivity. In addition to managing process improvements and work allocation, and will also monitor daily floor operations, create reports, review QSAs performance on regular intervals and also ensure productivity & quality deliverables are met. A Quality Services Manager will also be responsible for performance management of all the reporting QSAs /SME.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Should own test execution and delivery for a set of components and/or features.
· Should allocate resources and distribute daily tasks to meet short-term workload targets and business goals.
· Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and engineering teams to meet their delivery expectations and timelines.
· Responsible for planning and procuring the hardware, software, and other infrastructure for day-to-day operations.
· Be proactive in identifying, reporting troubleshooting and escalation of issues
· Drive effective team and stakeholder discussions on testing scope, process, procedures, and methods.
· Should track, evaluate and report key metrics.
· Should writes clear documentation and metrics reports.
· Should play a key role in identifying and providing recommendations to improve team efficiency.
· Should solicit employee inputs and work on corrective actions where required.
· Should work with manager on team resourcing (e.g., staffing decisions, hiring, and retention).
· Should contribute to operational excellence initiatives and encourage your team to do so.
· Participate in hiring and own launch plans for new hires in the team.
Basic Qualifications :
· Education Qualification: A graduate in BE, BTech, M tech, MBA, Master of computer Applications (MCA), MSc Information Technology (IT).
· Work Experience: External hires should have minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience with at-least 1 to 2 years in team lead/people management role.
· High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
· Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
· Well versed in SDLC and has hands on experience on STLC.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Strong judgment and instincts and able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
· Good people manager who can manage and motivate direct reports and get the best out of them.
