Job Role: Manager/Sr. Manager: Professional Services
Experience: 12 to 16 years
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Job Responsibilities:
  • Be an inspirational leader. Build and manage an effective team from offshore centre. Includes hiring, training, coaching, retaining and measuring the effectiveness of a high-performing PS delivery team.
  • Be a transformation agent. Provide advice on best practices and approaches to the team for right solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to unblock any issues related to the projects.
  • Be an effective collaborator. Coordinate with US counterparts in managing the team activities and own the deliverables for your team. Co-ordinate with Ops teams on assignment and skill alignment-projects
  • Be a problem solver. Work with team & leadership to understand challenges and collaborate across multiple stakeholders in a geographically distributed environment to solve them.
  • Be a guide. Develop and push the boundaries of technical possibilities, help with the growth and improvement areas of team members.
  • Be a strong communicator: Establish a communication cadence with cross-functional organizational teams.

Job Requirements:
  • Over 12 to 16 years of strong IT experience
  • At least 2 years of team management experience including HR responsibilities for the team including hiring, appraisals and other team building responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor
  • Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
  • Prior Consulting Experience is a MUST
  • A proven functional/technical professional with full lifecycle enterprise software implementations and at least 1 year experience working with SFDC
  • Large customization assignments on would certainly tilt the decision in your favor
  • Experience in application design, architecture and development of Cloud applications is desired.
  • Preferred technical foundation in either Advanced structured programming - APEX,, .Net or Java, etc., understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions.
  • Understands complex ETL and data migration practices
  • .Ability to comprehend client requirements and provide the Business Solutions.
  • Ability to work with management and other remote development staff to accomplish project deliverables
  • Ability to function in a team
  • Strong Communications Skills
