Role & Responsibilities:
. Own & drive Engagement, Growth and Spends strategy, initiatives and promotions across the Core Product portfolios (Debit, Credit, Prepaid and Co-brand cards) for South Asia
. Track performance on Key business metrics (Card Activation rates, Authorization rates, Card not present transactions, Contactless usage, Cross border usage) across all product portfolios and derive data-based insights to define corrective actions and strategy
. Be the Innovation champion for South Asia: Coordinating & collaborating with global and regional product teams to identify best practices, synergies, new opportunities & partnerships
. Develop deep understanding of competitive landscape in South Asia, lead competitive benchmarking and creation of appropriate solutions & strategies to counter competition
. Identify emerging trends in spend categories and re-imagine product constructs and value propositions to cater to new & emerging consumer segments
. In collaboration with internal cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships) drive the execution of advertising, promotional and sales programs to meet unit objectives

. You are self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering growth and success on identified KRAs
. You have the business acumen and comfort in working with numbers & large data sets and deriving actionable insights and recommendations
. You are a collaborator and a problem solver, and you are enthusiastic about creating meaningful, market differentiated value propositions for MasterCard and our customers
. You have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and you are able to manage and oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
. You are comfortable while operating within a cross functional team environment
