Are you the one we are looking for

Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Pricing

Looking for CA/ MBAs having a good understanding of Pricing and commercials.


. Planning and executing the Commercial framework and proposal for any new RFP for potential or existing Global Clients.

. Active interaction and reviews with Solutions, Information Technology, Transitions and Senior Leadership during RFP cycle.

. Structuring cost saving/ revenue improving initiatives on an ongoing and Adhoc basis for existing / potential clients

. Participating in contract negotiations with the client

. Good understanding of key nuances to Automations, Artificial Intelligence for driving Digital Pricing and commercials during the RFP cycle.

. Participating in the process of putting together processes and structures for ensuring compliance with the Commercial guidelines

. Preparing dashboards with key analytics for leadership, undertaking projects aimed at simplification of the processes and improving competitiveness of our proposals.
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Chartered Accountant/ MBA Finance

Preferred qualifications

. Good understanding of the commercial terms and acumen

. Should have worked on various commercial models like Gain share, Outcome based.

. Knowledge of operating parameters in ITES industry

. Understanding of Revenue accounting in IT (Information Technologies) / BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry including for software licenses.

. Knowledge of Advance Excel, Word and PPT (PPR Template)

. Good Communication Skill, Negotiation Skills and Analytical Skills

. Ready to face challenges under pressure situations and adhere to stringent customer timelines

. Team player and demonstrated ability to build and lead teams

. Prior experience in Business finance/ Financial Planning and Analysis
