Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Leave & Time Management
As HR Transformation Manager for the Leave & Time workstream, you'll be responsible for designing and digitalizing compensation processes for Genpact globally, supporting the global payroll consolidation process and supporting reporting and visualization for HR stakeholders. This role will provide an opportunity to envision and implement world class processes and user experience for compensation through the implementation of a new ERP system. The role also provides an opportunity to closely partner with global LEAVE & TIME teams… and that's why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about Digital Transformation.
. As a LEAVE & TIMESME, reimagine the way compensation processes work in the organization
. Liaison with HR stakeholders and ERP team within the organization to understand compensation needs
. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of requirement documents, details
. Work with HR Shared Services on data mapping and migration activity
. Support interconnected workstreams in the ERP implementation e.g. payroll, analytics
. Support other ongoing LEAVE & TIME projects
