Knowledge Management is core to Genpact's strategy. The core objective of the ‘Knowledge and Content COE at Genpact is to enable its front end and operations teams to be able to challenge effectively in the marketplace and deliver outstanding solutions via takeaways from the constantly enriching knowledge-enabled ecosystem. In order to ensure that this ecosystem is continuously strengthened to reflect the outstanding practices across the industry, we are looking for a candidate who brings deep and multifaceted experience with respect to the following:
  • Leading Content Strategy across business units and offerings linked to company's growth strategy
  • Driving tangible business impact with detailed and seamless management of the content lifecycle - content development, content management, delivery via suitable and intuitive platform, excellent content governance
  • Leading knowledge delivery platforms with a constant eye on improving knowledge platforms and their capabilities via digital / AI
  • Building a social architecture to ensure codification of knowledge across pockets of excellence
  • Developing a team of 10-12 personnel across locations and able to drive a positive, meritorious culture

The candidate will work closely with the senior leaders across various businesses to generate business value and meet the needs of the target users who are practitioners, consultants, and business development folks. Responsibilities
  • Understand the business drivers and go-to-market strategies and accordingly devise and implement the Content strategy - enables higher growth and margin - provides ability to win more, build differentiated offerings, drive 'Knowledge Agility' across the client facing teams
  • Work with the cross-functional knowledge leaders to derive content specific priorities from the business priorities conduct knowledge Audits, Plan and execute initiatives/programs to ensure content needs are met according to priorities
  • Build high quality content/knowledge assets based on the identified gaps with periodic revisions that support our dynamically changing Product Mix with constantly evolving IP - and hence, keep relevant to businesses
  • Set up processes to codify tacit knowledge from knowledge nodes/centers
  • Ensure curated and updated knowledge communities, help drive communities of Interest with requisite content
  • Drive standardization of key knowledge assets across products and services lines - collaterals, templates, frameworks, case study creation, capability decks, credentials library
  • Build and deploy content management workflows and value chains
  • Partner with technology teams to evaluate relevance and deployment of technology/digital trends like AI for enhanced search ability and user experience
  • Strengthen the measurement and governance processes to ensure clear transparency to the outcomes driven by the team for the organization
  • Run periodic feedback surveys across partners to assess gaps and address basis novel and optimized implementations
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification
  • Experience in the field of Knowledge Management/Content Strategy and Governance
  • Should have championed sophisticated projects from developing the business case through implementation in the professional services industry - Big 4 /Tier . 1 strategy consulting firms (Bain, Mck, BCG)/Tier 1 competition (Accenture, TCS, Infosys etc.)
  • Ability to blend domain knowledge - Good understanding of BPM and Consulting business practices
  • Excellent executive presence to interact with cross-functional senior Business Leaders
  • Influencing skills, Creative thinking/innovative mind-set
  • Prior Knowledge of Content Management Portals/Intranet - SharePoint Online, any other
