Role Description:
As Genpact strengthens its Knowledge Management ecosystem to enable Growth teams with high quality content for crafting outstanding and faster solutions, this individual will play a meaningful role in ensuring relevant content availability. The individual would be responsible for working with the business teams to understand demand, build strategy, drive content curation and harvesting processes and set up mechanisms to prioritize them appropriately for ease of consumption by the partners. Responsibilities
As a Knowledge Manager, you will be working closely with the business team to curate and harvest content, ensure content governance, community health and drive adoption for multiple assigned domains. The Knowledge Manager will assume strategic and operational duties associated with handling, establishing governance mechanisms for nurturing a growing, vibrant online community. 1. Content Curation and Harvesting
  • Continuous content gap assessment basis business strategy
  • Defining and executing harvesting processes for explicit and tacit knowledge
  • Content refresh and archival
  • Adherence to quality templates and guidelines
2. Community Management & Content Governance
  • Running tight governance on content refresh, client ready formats at any given point in time
  • Monitor, manage, and curate online conversations across relevant communities/platforms to ensure relevant conversations/content is plugged back into the official knowledge communities
3. Communications to build awareness and improve leverage
  • Build and maintain a collection of success stories that demonstrate examples of the tool providing business value within the context of the business
  • Proactive communications/awareness sessions to improve adoption
  • Supervise Member Activity and Adoption levels and course accurate/proactively ensure ongoing health of the community
4. Community Enhancement/ Technical issues Management
  • Collaborate closely with business to capture requirements and translate those to the technology teams
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification
  • Work experience in knowledge management related to the sales cycle
  • Have a good understanding of content and knowledge needs for industries and service lines required
  • Understanding/expertise in select industries and service lines
  • Ability and experience to curate content based on inputs received
  • Good functional understanding of the knowledge management and collaboration tools - specifically related to Microsoft products
  • Good executive presence to drive and implement frameworks across different business partners
  • Project Management Skills with experience in global project implementations involving technology designs and change management
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and partners
  • Ability to collaborate in a multifaceted, virtual team environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and define structures within that realm
