Role Proficiency:
Coordinate and carry out recruiting activities assuring the best of talent by maintaining a network of relationships with the BU’s and other stakeholders. A manager is expected to guide a team of recruiters and lead recruiters planning and carrying out recruitment activities for assigned accounts.
  1. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing applicant testing interviewing presenting conducting background checks and closing requisitions by collaborating with hiring managers and BU
  2. Responsible for providing highest level of recruiting services to business leaders by developing effective recruiting strategies
  3. Develop and maintain a network to help identify and source qualified candidates
  4. Responsible for building and managing recruiting pipeline meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
  5. Responsible to handle queries from candidates and ensure great candidate experience
  6. Supervise team of recruiters ensure process/system compliance & adherence to recruitment SLA’s. Creates a strong sense of team unity and engagement by building the teams’ capability
  7. Enhance Recruitment Technology. Cultivate a data-driven approach to improve current hiring processes and measuring outcomes.
  8. Partner with external vendors/RPOs and internal sourcing teams to ensure source mix target is met
  9. Lead/Manage referral programs within business unit/organisation
  10. Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws regulations trends in recruitment and ensure compliance on established procedures

  1. Quality of candidates sourced & shortlisted
  2. Source of hire Source quality and Source mix
  3. SLA Adherence - Fill Rate Time to hire
  4. Key Metrics: Cost Per Hire Offer Acceptance Ratio Joining Ratio Early attrition of new hires.
  5. Conversion Metrics at various hiring stages
  6. 360-degree feedback rating on team management/performance
  7. Multi-tasking ability based on efficiency in the given assignment
  8. Proactive implementation and execution of given tasks
  9. Number of recruitment initiatives program-managed end-to-end
  10. Complete compliance to policies and procedures
  11. Accurate reporting and data management

Outputs Expected:
Stakeholder Connect:
  1. Build strong partnership with practices/service/account delivery functions and external firms
  2. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with BU leaders vendors community organizations external firms to create a collaborative partnership
  3. Provide recruiting solutions trends and strategies to meet the requirements by collaborating with BU
  4. Collaborate with the people functions and business leadership to ensure a consistent diverse talent pipeline and great candidate experience

Sourcing of Candidates:
  1. Leverage online/offline recruiting resources local community groups / associations in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit top candidates
  2. Anticipate talent requirements by actively developing a strong pipeline of top talent and consistently maintaining a strong network of potential candidates
  3. To analyse market intelligence competitor data industries and job functions to keep updated on trends and pool of candidates
  4. Develops a network of referrals

Candidate Screening :
  1. Screen conduct behavioural interview assessments and provide insights/perspective on a candidate profile to hiring managers
  2. Create and present pre-screening questions to hiring managers for approval

Interview Management:
  1. Manage the interview process and providing candidates with a great experience
  2. Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
  3. Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Offer Management:
  1. Prepare and extend offers to selected candidates
  2. Advises the Hiring Manager on compensation package within approved budgets and market rates extends offers and negotiate terms with candidates in consultation with C&B and HR team

Team Management & Managerial responsibilities:
  1. Be responsible for driving recruitment across the region/accounts assigned
  2. Responsible for team’s performance and growth
  3. Provide hands-on training coaching and operational guidance by setting goals and providing feedback to deliver high performance
  4. Ensure team provides periodic reports
  5. Assist Talent Acquisition Partners in sourcing hard to find and/or senior requisitions/roles
  6. Develop comprehensive recruitment strategy for all positions (campus recruitment online postings trade publications and web sites social media career fairs etc.) and manage the cost of recruitment
  7. Monitors the recruitment budget to ensure that we stay within budget
  8. Design plan and execute employer branding activities
  9. Analyse and communicate recruitment trends results and insights to drive future recruitment activity improve compliance and minimize risk
  10. Develop and implement approach to improve candidate experience

Reports and Metrics:
  1. Assist Recruiters in data management and generating ad hoc reports as needed and maintaining information within Applicant Tracking Systems (ORC) and other Human Resource Information Systems (Oracle Fusion)
  2. Create and implement methodologies for recruitment dashboards and supporting data-driven practices to optimize performance
  3. Track and report on recruiting metrics to determine efficiencies and areas for improvement – provide updates to senior management

  1. Communication: Should possess excellent listening and communication skills. He/she must be able to communicate with potential job candidates and help hiring managers make an informed decision. Should possess strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  2. Interpersonal: Must have the ability to work with various departments on filling open positions and fostering teamwork. Should be able to lead a team with coaching and guidance.
  3. Decision Making: Must be able to review candidate applications and decide whether they meet the requirements to be considered for positions. Should be able to provide suggestions on new processes and strategies to stakeholders and management. Should regularly monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback for improvements.
  4. Discretion: Maintain high degree of confidentiality on candidate related sensitive information and comply with employment laws.
  5. Technical: Should have thorough understanding of IT technologies & skill adjacencies to effectively source top candidates. Extensive experience in recruiting through job portals social/digital platforms and referrals along with various sourcing techniques.
  6. Business acumen: Should have excellent knowledge of search skills talent supply sources analytical skills and judgement.
  7. Growth Mindset: Demonstrates curiosity and ongoing drive to understand & learn recruitment areas. Takes ownership of the assigned activity and able to deal with ambiguity & uncertainty.
