Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - . Use Social Media to influence and attract talent - Increase engagement in Social and Digital Channels . Initiate & execute effective recruitment marketing employer branding strategies to engage and attract top talent . Responsible for the Development & Management of digital properties for the firm like Careers page internal employee engagement portals . Work closely with internal stake holders to build communication strategy and ensure communication of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) . Collaboratively partner with talent acquisition marketing and related teams & leaders to create content for social media video content campaign emails etc. . Develop and execute employer brand communication and content strategy about company values and culture for internal and external consumption . Collaborate with various teams and functions to develop content to help them reach existing and prospective employees . Ensure the messaging through the content establishes BFL as an employer of choice to prospective job seekers . Establish and maintain relationships and partnerships with external communities campus as well as Support team for all campus engagement and branding requirements . Track success and effectiveness of employer branding strategies and campaigns. . Create programs to engage employees and generate excitement about the brand . Provide writing editing and content management support
Required Qualifications and Experience
* . Ideal candidates usually have 4-6 yrs. of relevant experience in communications and employer branding . Proven track record in driving effective internal and external employer brand communication strategy . Expertise in fields like Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content development, storytelling and web site management . Technical frame of mind, working knowledge of SharePoint, Social media tools, Search preferred . A Marketer who wants to excel in the world of Employer branding and recruitment marketing . Strong communication skills excellent in written & spoken English . Must be detail oriented and can juggle between multiple projects, while facing down deadline pressures . People who play well within a team will be preferred. The role operates in a fast paced and agile work environment. Candidates who can be accommodate a dynamic schedule would be preferred.
