Inviting applications for the role of Manager, HR Compliance for PFSS Retirals
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with its statutory obligations for Labour Laws for employees as well as contractual employees.
  • Online enrollment of employees on ESIC and PF Portal
  • Responsible for compliance related to Payment of Gratuity, PF enrollment, nomination, withdrawals, Employee ESIC enrollment & Benefits, International Workers compliance, LWF
  • Coordinating with Vendor for submission of Challans and returns related to Statutory compliance
  • Compliance of UAN and KYC completion of employees on Portal
  • Pitching for Monthly Compliance Review and Board of Trustee meetings
  • Monitor Employee Grievance redressal related to Compliance
  • Monitor the quality and accuracy of all data submitted to Government Labour Authorities or statutory bodies for accuracy and completeness.
  • Co-ordinate for any Labour inspection that comes up.
  • Co-ordinate the monthly submissions of onsite Labour Compliance Audits like Indemnity Bond / Undertaking Letter / Declaration Letter / Compliance Certificates.
  • Support HR function in the drafting of disciplinary letters and other documents as required from time to time.
  • Should be updated with all the labour laws of India.
  • Verify and vet all the documents to be submitted to regulatory authorities in case of inspection/ litigation.
  • Co-coordinating with Legal team for all legal matters related to Employee
  • Records Management and End to End Vendor Management for Statutory Compliance
  • Provide support to internal User Departments on compliance and legal issues proactively and keep them informed of their legal responsibilities and compliance's to be made.
  • Handling litigation's at Statutory Authorities, District Courts, and High Courts in such a way as to protect the company's interest.
  • Team management - coaching, mentoring, performance management, etc

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
  • Educational Qualification: MBA -HR / MSW
  • Relevant work experience in Industrial Relations and Labour Law Compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowhow of MS office tools and presentation skills.
  • Team Player and team handling skills are a must
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Qualities of being -Organized, Disciplined and Result Oriented
  • courtesy and professionalism to resolve Employee issues with one call resolution
  • Ability to be a change agent and bring about improvement in processes and procedures
  • Good in project management
