What you will do

The HR Analytics Manager will provide analytical and technical expertise to HR colleagues across levels and business units. This position leads the design and execution of HR analytical dashboards, their development, evolution and maintenance, and other projects designed to provide business and HR leaders with insights from people analytics perspective to help them to make decisions that build strategic advantage, mitigate risk and create ROI through strategic workforce acquisition, development, retention and engagement initiatives/ interventions
The goal is to manage workforce information driving smart decisions in support of short- and long-term organizational goals.
  • To independently lead development of visualizations /dashboards / analytical reports and represent large, complex sets of data through visual representation in area of HR
  • Lead and Collaborate with business stakeholders, understand and analyze user requirements
  • Leverage analytics and visualization tools to present information in a way that drives fact-based decision making & deliver transformative solutions to business and HR partners that are aligned to industry best practices
  • Work with HR Operations and Project leads to support internal and external audits
  • Produce clear, concise reports and/or presentations.
  • Develop HRl Analytics framework and implement the analytics providing strategic input for HR success measure and HR interventions
  • Partner with the rest of the team to determine and implement an analytics capability framework that enables a shift from stand-alone reporting to dynamic sustainable, value driven analytical dashboards in support of strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with functional teams to identify key data requirements, standardize data management and develop key data templates required by different stakeholders
  • Develop guidelines for entry into the HRIS system and support Data Management and HR to ensure accuracy and increase efficiency. Implement audit control steps to ensure data integrity and compliance with establish standards.
  • Ensures required analytics data is available as standard and on demand requirements
What you should bring

Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree desired in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or MBA in HR
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Analytics/Data Visualization or Business Intelligence, ideally within consulting environment implementing high-value solutions

Professional Skills:
  • Experience with Data analytics and management, including experience in:
    • Automating reports
    • MS Excel - advance level (Reports and Dashboard)
    • Presentations skills - PowerPoint (advance level)
    • Data visualization - Basic Tableau, PowerBI
    • Database - Basic SQL
    • Basic VBA & vbs for automations
  • Passionate about analytics and enabling data-driven decision making
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated to deliver both independently and with strong team collaboration
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to creatively take on new challenges and work outside comfort zone

Additional Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practice
  • Experience with large data sets

Certifications are a plus
