Inviting applications for the role of Manager- Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability

As an ESG Analyst, you will be part of an Environment Health Safety & sustainability (EHS&S) team utilizing the various data analysis methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnered with business stakeholders. You will work to apply subject knowledge to design & improve new or existing systems, create documentation and testing/training scenarios, and will evaluate processes for alignment opportunities.

You will participate in new functionality analysis, design and testing and define application requirements by working closely with key stakeholders and other senior members of the project teams. As a project team member, you will support the entire project lifecycle from initial project definition to project implementation (including testing and training) through to project closure. You will identify, recommend, and drive process improvements and serve as a consultant on these processes and systems for partners and customers.

Responsibilities

. Work under guidance of EHS&S Leader members to deliver analytical solutioning for business requirements. Participate in meetings with business to understand EHS&S capability needs.

. Provide functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches aligning with industry best practices Learning the technology platforms continuously and map business to-be solution with the adopted platform.

. Support system configuration, processes mapping, testing and deployment with the adopted tool. Work along with Senior members to deliver large scale, high-value projects by leveraging an established delivery methodology.

. Work within cross-functional teams (Operations areas, other SCRUM teams, PMO, developers etc.).

. Leverage metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

. Should have done at least one EHMS Implementation/support on Incident management, Risk assessment, Emission Management, Permit to Work and Management of Change.

. Knowledge on Substance Volume tracking, Product Safety, GHS regulations, SDS Authoring. Should know how to write Functional specifications, understand technical points.

. Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Science or any other related branch of study with Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability Experience within the EHS&S domain & of experience in ESG Data Analysis field.

Preferred qualifications
. Preferred knowledge in IT/ITES industry, emissions, and their effects, Waste management. Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability to build strong rapport with customer groups

. Experience in collaborating with team members to drive results Ability to facilitate and drive decisions and clarification.

. Ability to work independently with short deadlines Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

. Self-motivated and outcome oriented.
