A. ME/IFB Digital Sourcing Driving numbers through Digital route Increase the penetration/contribution of digital sourcing Publish regular reports to all stakeholders Identify the gaps in process and highlighting to Seniors Raising enhancements with BSG-IT team for improvements Creating separate ME layout on CRM Platform and new process to increase the ME business & volumes Ensure all team members (Sales Managers and HDBs) are active on CRM Ensure all of HDB staff are having CRM id To make understand the CRM to Sales Team Release DYK series to sales team on various CRM processes Creating Concept Notes on improving CRM process to IT team Publish regular reports to all stakeholdersB. Enhancements / Concept Notes Identify the gaps in sourcing through CRM & Digital Application Meeting BSG-IT team & Vendor to make them understand the requirements from Sales Team Testing the UAT environment Take reviews from Sales team on UAT if needed Do analysis and share feedbacks to IT teamC. Business Tracking & Analysis Analysis of ME DAP business from all channels Analysis of the Merchants leads generated through HDFC Bank Website and track conversion by assigning leads to ME team Tracking the downstream processing of cases to understand the challenges on ground Raising feedback to IT / DAP development / Product / ME Teams as requiredD. Channel Support / Others Liaise with Channel to understand the challenges faced by them and basis feedback streamline Processes Revert to issues/queries received from all channel SMs/Supervisors over the mail Preparing Training Module & imparting training to the Channels. Liaise with Channel to understand the challenges faced by them and basis feedback streamline Processes Revert to issues/queries received from all channelE. ME/IFB CRM Leads LG LC Conversion Mapping: Sales Manager mapping to be done on regular basis in CRMNext. E.g. ME Sales, eCom, IFB etc. Minimize Default User Leads: Default Users leads are getting mapped to correct Sales Manager on regular basis. TAT Compliance: To maintain the TAT compliance for Urgent & Normal leads under acceptable terms. Sales Drive: Taking initiative for various sales drives. Track the progress and publish reports. Reports: a) Urgent Leads TAT & Compliance is to be published daily. b) Waterfall of ME/IFB leads to be prepared every month c) Sharing of dumps with the Strategic team on weekly basisF. Cross Sell Retail Asset & Lending Products Get the Pre-Approved Offers mapped on ME Base from analytics and BIU Fincon team every 2 months Launch this base to Sales Team All ME verticals Drive the business to increase the penetration Publish regular reports to all stakeholders Regularly Discuss and highlight the dashboard to NSHs on X-SellG. Sales Manager Branch Visits Ensure all meetings are planned in first week by SM Release DYK series on Cogent features to sales team Publish regular reports to all stakeholders Work closely with Channel Managers to meet the objective Targeted branches are closely tracked and ensure 100% visitation To ensure all the branches are visited at least once in a quarterSkillsGood Product and process knowledgeGood Communication SkillsClarity of thoughtGood planning and execution skillsGood Interpersonal & Networking skillsAnalytical skills
