Role Summary/Purpose:
This role is responsible for using data analytics to showcase performance of digital features/functions and drive actionable insights for servicing delinquent customers online. This individual should be a strong team player working with cross functional team members to develop and support analytic framework and appropriate data solution to drive the analytics.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Leverage data analytics to derive insights from customer behavior to drive and contain them to digital channels
  • Collaborate with Digital product team, technology and UX teams to understand feature and develop analytic framework and appropriate data solution
  • Function as the business SME to keep business needs and vision in focus while developing the measurement KPI's
  • Work with the business to create user friendly metrics reports based on data
  • Analyze customer behavior over the digital and web channels by leveraging statistical tools and quality management
  • Provide recommendations to improve customer experience, targeted nudging and reduce friction points in customer's online experience
  • Support loss/cost and sizing estimations to enable prioritization and demonstrate business benefit
  • Incorporate new data elements, sources and channels to help promote efficient and effective strategies and customer contact preferences
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 5+ years analytical experience in Marketing, Risk or Collections setting
  • Minimum 1+ year experience with Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, Analytical log technologies, setting up dashboard and metrics reports
  • 1+ years SAS or other equivalent query tools (UNIX, SQL, R, Python)
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational and written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Characteristics:
  • 1+ year's demonstrated success developing and implementing statistical models that rank order risk, with focus on segmenting customer behavior
  • Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or comparable software application
  • Ability to make decisions based on quantitative analysis and creative thinking.
