Job Responsibilities

Study of Contract document & highlight all the important clauses, which are favorable & unfavorable.
Interpret the Contract & identify responsibilities, correspondence, obligations, ambiguities and/or additional item payments/claims preparation

Providing interpretation of Contract terms & conditions, as and when required Ensuring Contractual Compliances at all stages of the Project
Contractual liaison with Contractors
Ensuring proper recording at site of delays in physical progress, invoice realization, variations & claims, time extension, etc.,
Ability to undertake Correspondence and meetings with Clients & Engineers
Co-ordination with internal team members, Contractor & Client and strengthen the site team in terms of contractual issues
Provide information to different departments of various important clauses for effective
Functioning
Compiling backup documentation for any Dispute resolution/ Arbitration proceedings, in consultation with Management team.
To act as a support to the Project Manager
