Job Description :
  • This role involve management of cases pending before Supreme Court of India i.e. apex court of India and National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission i.e. highest court for consumer cases. Outcome of cases from Supreme Court & National Commission is considered as Law of Precedent and have binding impact on all High Courts and subordinate courts in India. Hence, role and responsibilities are high.
  • High value cases, critical cases & cases wherein substantial question of law is involved are taken up before Supreme Court & National Commission. Hence, role of HUB Manager is not only execution of cases but also required to be more skilled, knowledgeable and experienced to deal with cases and give inputs in briefings sessions with designated Senior Advocates practicing before SC & NC.
  • To Suggest and Execute line of action for effective contest and settlement of cases pending before District Forum, State Commission, National Commission, High Court, Supreme Court Ombudsman, PLA and other courts of Law

Desirable Skills :
 Underwriting, Operations – to gather documentation pertaining to cases  Claims Team – to coordinate with claims team and LOB to gather details of case and to device strategy to contest the cases  ILM – in case any investigations are required in cases  Marketing- by providing MIS on request for segment wise Loss ratio in litigation cases
Education/Qualification:A Bachelor’s in law
