Our client is a housing finance corporation that amalgamates technology and traditional distribution model to help self-employed workers attain housing loans easily.
The Job

You will be responsible for :
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
The Profile

  • You have at least 5 years experience within a Business Development role, ideally within the Housing Finance industry.
  • You have prior experience in dealing with Distributors.
  • You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
  • You have prior experience with products like - Home loan, Mortgage loan, Commercial vehicle loan, SME loans.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are willing to undertake good amount of travel.
