Services professional who provides leadership to Residency teams. Responsible for the development of Residency standards, policies, and procedures. Drives utilization, revenue, and the delivery of billable engagements for Dell EMC products and services. Builds and maintains successful relationships with stakeholders while providing resources necessary to meet customer needs
You will
  • Lead end to end accounts for Residency Team with Span of People spread across India.
  • Accountable for the deliverables, ensuring appropriate resourcing, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple, complex engagements simultaneously. Proven experience at developing and maintain relationships with other Dell EMC organizations, customers, clients, and executives.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • People management - Talent retention, career development.
  • Builds and maintains successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Essential Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of experience working in a global IT operations environment with min 2+ years of people mgmt. experience
  • Strong on communication with internal and external stake holders
  • Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.
  • Customer focused.
  • Ability to influence others to achieve results.
  • Possesses operational command of the business.
  • Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge.

Desirable Requirements
  • Technical knowledge on Data Protection/Storage/Servers/HCI
  • Knowledge on ITIL process & Project management
