applications for the role ofManagement Trainee - VIP Support

Responsibilities
  • Must have
    extensive VIP & Executives level support experience. Responding to
    customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions
  • The team
    member will have daily tag-ups with executive personnel and will perform
    general IT maintenance tasks
  • Resolving
    moderate to sophisticated problems immediately if needed, IT issues to be
    coordinated with higher level support staff with the team member owning
    and supervising the issues through resolution.
  • Genpact
    recommend hardware and software solutions, including new product
    acquisitions and upgrades.
  • May
    conduct training programs crafted to educate organization's computer users
    about basic and specialized applications.
  • Must be
    capable of supporting Windows 7& 10, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365,
    Skype for Business, VOIP, PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD
    administration, hardware repair.
  • Manage IT
    issues related to the cabin setups for VIPs
  • Handle
    issues related to hardware like printers, mobile devices, client visits
    and ensure the IT setup is enabled, Video conferences


  • Qualifications we seek in you!
  • Minimum
    of a Bachelor%27s degree/Graduate
  • Familiar
    with ITIL and ITSM processes.
  • Familiarity
    with Service Now.
  • Ability
    to multi-task, manage time and follow through with assignments.
  • Must have
    experience in supporting VIP/Critical customers


  • Preferred qualifications
  • Proven
    work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • In-depth
    knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC
    skills, especially MS Excel
