Are you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - RPA Support Engineer!
In this role, We are looking for a RPA Support , whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Design, code, test automation workflows usingUiPath
  • Verifying and leveraging appropriateUiPathcomponents: Robots, Studio, Orchestrator
  • Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed
  • Deliver technical training, demos, blueprints and provide necessary support for new/existing clients.
  • Solve the issue and provide a fix or workaround
  • Track and monitor SLAs for governance and control
  • Ensure support SLAs are met
  • Call out to L3 and/or RPA tool vendor as needed
  • Coordinate with client operations and IT to test and deploy fixes
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent
  • Excellent Experience in RPA Support within UI path
  • Good communication skills, proficient in Portuguese & English
  • Experience inUiPath
  • Experience in problem solving and design
  • Certified inUiPath
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in F&A domain
