%26middot; Relevant Experience in Credit Control/Technical Accounting (Booking, Cash Applications %26amp; Collections)
%26middot; Booking Premiums, Claims- validation of ledgers, handling strategic clients, complex calculations- premium %26amp; year-end adjustments, monthly audits, updating SOX compliant reports, Ad hoc assignments, handling delinquent reports.
%26middot; Collections %26amp; Cash Applications- sending statements of due balances, validating outgoing payments, net-off arrangements, compliance check and approvals.
%26middot; Providing technical advice on various audits.
%26middot; Handling day to day team-related activities.
%26middot; Client interactions via training, conference calls, emails and messenger service.
%26middot; Manage MIS activities and look after the process.
%26middot; Work towards driving improvements in execution and initiatives.
Minimum qualifications
%26middot; Graduate in Commerce
%26middot; Experience in Premiums, Cash Application %26amp; Collections) preferably in UK market
%26middot; Insurance/ Reinsurance Domain knowledge
%26middot; Lean/Six Sigma awareness
Preferred qualifications
%26middot; Good Communication Skills
%26middot; Proficiency in MS Excel
%26middot; Excellent analytical ability
%26middot; High-level attention to detail and accuracy
%26middot; Demonstrated delivery of high-quality output.
%26middot; Ability to work in a changing environment
%26middot; Ability to form relationships with internal customers in Genpact and very importantly with the client %26ndash; must be seen as a proactive, useful teammate
