EXp: 5 to 10 Years

Job Specification

a. Capable to rewind electrical motors with single winding with two voltage high and low. practical hand experience, and provide fractional solution to repair electrical motors
b. Rewinding of Electric motor stator without any technical data specification and to design as per job requirement specification.
c. Technical calculation of wire gauge in emergency case to rewinding motor to provide fractional solution to meet production requirement.
d. Technically expert for conversion of aluminum wire to copper wire for rewinding of stator maintaining equivalent output.
e. Alternation and modification of winding from 220V to 460V, and 460V to 220V
f. Core Staggering LT/HT Stator and rotor
g. rewinding of slip-ring rotors and repair of slip-ring
h. Conversion of strip winding to round winding with same motor winding specification
i. Rewinding of different types of armatures windings and experience in performing rewinding job individually.
j. Under cutting armature segments and loops including testing of armatures with growler and drop test
k. Knowledge of AC compressor motor part winding and different types of connection terminology.
l. Testing of winding with Oscilloscope for re-wounded stators and rotors and of trouble shooting if found winding NOT OK
m. Perform Re-winding of incoming jobs all types of squirrel cage motors, High Tension motor, DC motor, Pump, Brakes, Etc.
n. Hand experience in rewinding welding generators
o. Excellent knowledge for rewinding synchronize motors
p. Hand experience in rewinding welding generators
q. Excellent knowledge for rewinding synchronize motors
r. Hand experience and technical knowledge of brazing with copper for squirrel cage ring connection HT/LT motors
s. Modification of aluminum molded defective rotor bar by technically designed specification replacing by copper bar with completed brazing process
t. PVC coating winding wire considerable knowledge for rewinding submersible pump including different rating of underwater submersible pump (Refer to Appendix 1).


a. Rewinding different types of transformers ( current, distribution, power, potential, variable ) of different ranges
b. Rewinding of different types crane motors including brakes, thrusters, Etc.
c. Manufacturing knowledge of Roller Magnet coils, kick/Off and Apron specially design for rolling and bar mill in steel plant.
d. Motor stator solenoid switch coil rewinding
e. Excellent knowledge for rewinding of SERVO motor for CNC machine
f. DC Motor Rocker Aram repair
g. Complete rewinding of motor with repair and assembling including conducting solo run test (Refer to Appendix 1).
