Job Role: Copy writers
Experience: 2-3 years in an advertising agency, leading publication
Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

• Idea and conceptualize creative, tag line, body line, captions, copy for Press advertisements.
• Create copy for invites, posters, Direct Mailers, eDMs, mailers, brochures, websites, leaflets, text link advertisements, banner advertisements, emails, site content, and other promotional collaterals.
• Turn a brief into a powerful proposition through written and illustrative techniques and subsequent rendition of the idea/s as per media chosen.
• Gain a deep understanding of the clients brief with respect to the product, target audience, and competitor activities in the market.
• Conceptualize & ideate on the brief provided by the client servicing team.
• Strategist and prioritize creative approaches across multiple client interests.
• Ensure brand and design consistency on all promotional and advertising platforms.
• Use audio/ visual medium and multimedia techniques for effective results. 

Skills Required:

• Impeccable English grammar in English is mandatory
• Should be able to understand the communication objectives and structure content to match these objectives.
• Have an eye for detail; Proof reading, amending, rephrasing or redeveloping the writing in response to feedback from the clients and internal team members is an integral responsibility of the role
• Have the ability to ideate original & award winning campaigns

Professional Fee

We are a retained search firm and our fee is for professional services rendered. Payment of our fees is not contingent upon hiring of one of our candidates and is payable in three instalments (at search initiation, on presentation of the best fit candidates and on selection). Our fee is a
Percentage of the first year’s projected total salary/bonus compensation of each candidate employed, as described in the letter of employment or by approved position specification. This fee structure applies to all candidates hired as a result of our search effort. Projected total salary/bonus compensation includes base salary, target and sign-on bonuses and other incentive compensation.


Timing

We believe that every search is unique and the time frame to complete the search is dependent on various factors. Before beginning the search we discuss this with our client and arrive at a mutually agreeable time frame. Typically we target to complete the search within 4 –8 weeks.

We will work closely with you in order to gain a clear understanding of your organization, its sector position (including markets and competition), the position and the necessary skills and qualifications of the profiles sought. We prefer to work as a
