Our client is a leading consumer goods company with a range of 200+ brand portfolio, and footprint across the globe.
The Job
As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee proper management of accurate stock levels as per budgetary guidelines, improving overall inventory accuracy, accountability and reporting achieved by ensuring best practices, monitoring all aspects of inventory flows and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and productivity. You will also be expected to maintain relationships with key suppliers and regularly monitor their performance to ensure effective warehouse and logistics operations.
You will also be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain and Quality), clients and suppliers and ensuring a seamless supply of products to and from the warehouse.

The Profile

  • You are a graduate from a top-tier college and have at least 8 years experience ideally as a Warehouse & Distribution Manager, ideally within an FMCG company or with a retailer.
  • You also have prior experience in storage planning and inventory management.
  • You are good at negotiations and can maintain good relations with your vendors.
  • Experience leading small teams in the past will be advantageous.
