What do our Lead Talent Acquisition Partners do
As Manager over Corporate roles and Strategic Sourcing, You will be responsible for owning and executing the day-to-day recruitment operations for our 'Corporate' recruitment segment comprising office roles, roles requiring specialized skills, commercial sales, and senior level roles. Duties include managing a team of recruiters and sourcers and nurturing relationships with key hiring leaders. In addition, you will have an in-depth understanding of how to work within current RNA tools and processes and provide accurate and timely reporting to key stakeholders. The ability to strategically recruit, the ability to partner and build relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization, and the ability to mentor and coach will be key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and build relationships with senior leaders and department heads and communicate regularly through touchpoints, staffing calls, email communication, and reporting & dashboards
  • Provide visibility to Talent Acquisition Manager regarding emerging issues or areas of concern and collaborate on plan of action
  • Regularly engage and educate hiring managers on recruiting & selection procedures and best practices
  • Effectively partner with Sr. HR Leaders, HR business partners and other stakeholders as needed
  • Track, process, and allocate expenses related to recruitment activities as needed
  • Prioritize and communicate staffing objectives to recruiters, delegating requisitions and balancing workloads for maximum efficiency
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and/or sourcers to ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs and objectives
  • Ensure direct reports adhere to established recruitment processes, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, candidate management within the applicant tracking system (ATS), and offer processes
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and business leaders to Identify diverse talent pools and cultivate fruitful relationships in assigned geographies, including but not limited to working relationships with schools & non-profits and coordinating participation in appropriate hiring events
  • Manage agencies and vendors effectively to drive results, ensure accountability, and optimize cost
  • Design processes and best practices for senior, specialized, and corporate roles build consensus and gain buy-in to ensure broad acceptance and adherence from hiring manager and ensure recruiters follow agreed-upon process
  • Identify new sources to stream high-quality, diverse talent to the Company
  • Create custom sourcing plans for critical roles and recurring recruitment needs that ensure timely delivery of top talent that will advance the capabilities of the organization
  • Liaise with field recruitment TA Leads to help drive creative solutions for challenging markets that require additional support, acting as a resource to take those initiatives from ideation to execution, to measurement and assessment of outcomes.

Requirements:
  • 4+ Years of combined experience in any of the following: Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Project Management
  • 2+ years experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in relatable field of study preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Organizational Effectiveness)
  • HR or Recruitment-related professional certifications are valued, but not required (e.g., PHR+ or SHRM-CP+, AIRS, NAPS, etc.)

What other skills do you need
  • Expertise in effective sourcing tactics, including leveraging personal, professional, and social media networks, prospecting passive candidates channels, and utilizing recruitment tools and technologies
  • Strong software and organizational skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Outlook or Google Calendar, Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides, etc.)
  • Ability to foster sustained performance of a remote team through action planning, implementation of best practices, and development of required skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present to and facilitate both large and small groups.
  • Willing to submit toa a pre-employment background screen and drug test
