Role Description

  • Job Profile:
    We are looking for an experienced Leadership Recruiter to identify, engage and hire top talent into Leadership roles at Incedo Inc. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment and qualify our requirements, we would like to hear from you.
    Job Title: Lead TA
    Experience Range: 10 to 16 years
    Location: Gurgaon.
    Salary Range: as per the fitment/skillset.
  • Design and Implement a data-driven recruiting strategy to attract top-tier leadership talent to Incedo Inc.
  • Manage end-to-end leadership-level search engagements from the inception of candidate contact to onboarding including research, interviewing, negotiations and onboarding.
  • Support a positive candidate experience by continously iterating on our engagement strategies and interview processes.
  • Actively acquire talent intelligence, market & candidate information to influence decisions within leadership hiring.

  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Effectively manage relationships with executive search firms.
  • Should have 5 years experience of leading & managing teams.

  • 7 plus years of Technical leadership (cloud platforms) recruiting experience with atleast 4 years of relevant exposure to leadership hiring within a good Corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in identifying, engaging and closing senior level passive candidates.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers, senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to define and execute search strategy with creative multi-channel sourcing in identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Excellent communication & networking skills with high levels of ownership.
  • A self-motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for recruiting.

  • Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines, and in a growing environment.

  • Must Have :
  • Cloud technologies hiring exposure into leadership positions with good and stable Corporate background.
