Job Description Summary
The Sales and Operations / Fulfilment role is a key position driving processes around planning & fulfilling region equipment demand for our Ultrasound & Life Care Solution customers. This position will require an experienced planning person capable of driving results in a fast paced and demanding global environment leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will:
  • Manage the Sales and Operation process for the Ultrasound & Life Care Solution business vertical for the region to enable region's operating plans on revenue while optimizing working capital performance.
  • Work with Plant OFS, Region SBUs to minimize/familiarize fulfilment gaps
  • Drive inventory optimization by undertaking a thorough analysis of on hand inventory across categories & warehouses to identify liquidation plans.
  • Perform the role of regional pivot for driving multi-modality orders & partner with Order Management teams to review fulfilment & inventory performance
  • Drive analytics around process KPIs & metrics to identify process improvement & productivity initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Any graduate from an accredited university.
  • 8 plus years of experience in Supply Chain demand management profiles - preferably in S&OP roles
  • Knowledge of product life cycle management & demand cycles.
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Problem solving expertise with hand on experience in using financial data for operational actions

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
