The position will be responsible to lead Solution for the assigned set of prospects and own end to end presales activities including multi-product customer demos, POC, Solution Document, etc. for the assigned region for Freshworks Products.
You will liaise with Product Management and Marketing to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Freshworks Product Suite. Your job will involve you working closely with cross-functional teams of product SME’s, developers, and architects with a variety of both regional and international. The relationship you build with customers is crucial for the overall growth of Freshworks. We are looking for a Presales Consultant with excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • This will be a multi-product role; thus, you will be expected to demonstrate and present Freshworks product portfolio as a solution.
  • Work with prospects/customer’s technical teams on the discovery, demos, Freshworks value pitch for a set of accounts in the region. During the process of scoping, you may be involved in complex workflow analysis and in-depth examination of the interaction between Freshworks and the customer’s infrastructure.
  • Be the face of Freshworks in front of Businesses, build and present value to their business.
  • Work with multiple product SME’s to build Freshteam Solution pitch.
  • Work with Sales / Business Development teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and convert prospects to customers.
  • Work closely with the product management and marketplace teams to demonstrate and prototype integrations within the customer environment.
  • Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight Freshworks value proposition through whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstration, proof of concept management, and RFP response documents.
  • Provide technical mentorship and training for new hires and peers.
  • Participate and evangelize Freshworks at events, forums.
  • Travel may be required in this role(as per Govt/COVID regulations)

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

  • Work Experience required:
    • 8+ years of overall experience with at least 6 years as a Presales/Product consultant.
    • Excellent Presentation and Public speaking skills.
    • Experience in selling Cloud SAAS products is preferred.
    • A high-level understanding of Web Services is an added advantage.
    • Should have experience and success stories of selling to small, medium and large enterprises.
