Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant -AX Developer
In this role, you would be primarily responsible for design and development of various applications. We will work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.
Responsibilities
  • Work alongside other team members engaging in engineering and operational support design while remaining focused on the Dynamics AX 2009 Application Integration Framework support the SureSmile business day to day transactions.
  • Gain working knowledge of the SureSmile website, SureBent, SureShip, CamStar, and other supporting systems
  • Provide appropriate application and operational support to the Dynamics AX 2009 implementation project.
  • Develop an excellent working relationship with the Dynamics AX ‘superusers and the AX deployment / business process team as well as 3rd party support organizations for SureSmile, SureBent, CamStar, and Microsoft.
  • report development using tools like Atlas or PowerBI
  • Monitor, Diagnose, Analyze & Organize Daily Activity & System Messages
  • Anticipate, Monitor, Diagnose, Analyze & Recommend / Resolve System Performance
  • Create, Delete, Modify & Monitor Automation via Dynamics AX Batch Processing Groups, Programs and Schedules (Nightly, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearend)
  • Create and maintain functional requirements documentations (if required)
  • Interact with AX business leads on problem solving and function designs
  • Interact with local government agencies as require for new/modified government regulations
  • Ensures and maintains SOX and FDA compliance procedures for change control
  • Delivery of excellent service to consumers (internal and external)
  • Responsible for adhering to SLA's and communication protocols

Qualifications
Minimum Educational Qualifications
  • B. Tech/MCA/Equivalent

Qualifications we seek in you
  • Experience in Information Technology
  • Experience Dynamics AX2009
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree, in a related area (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology)
  • Competency functionally with Dynamics AX2009 or higher version
  • Competency in change management processes
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with key business users, the AX support team members, and Corporate IT
  • Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Confident and articulate
  • Strong results orientation and analytical skills
  • Actively articulates and promotes Dentsply Sirona values
  • Consistently meets Dentsply Sirona standards, ethics and compliance requirements
