Job Description

1.Attending any hardware related issues at respective location ( corporate office.)
2. Coordination with h/w service providers and AMC Providers for replacement.
3. Remote service to other locations for Windows patch, Antivirus, Commvault, VPN installation.
4. Installation of Operating system and all other necessary applications.
5. Configure outlook profile in laptop/desktop/mobile devices.
6. Configure/installation of network printer with password protection.
7. Installing and Managing Commvault outlook add-in.
8. Installation/configuration of new cisco VPN any connect software.
9. Installation of 4g Dongle software.
10. Network troubleshooting knowledge
