Job Description

  • Candidate will be responsible for handling existing customers and new sales of the product in the large enterprise segment in the region.
  • He will also be responsible for mining of the accounts to identify & materialize upselling & cross selling opportunities to achieve their targets.
  • Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship - Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
