A) New Relationship To bring in NTB MEs on FasTag & eToll Collection solutions & manage existing portfolio eToll to increase wallet share (NHAI Plaza, PF Plaza, SH Plaza, Parking, etc) along with Aggregators in the segment Achieve channel objectives through team wrt targets on Signup, Setup, DBA, Integration, Activation, Volume, OBOS & Cross sell Role involves working with PAN India sales team to understand official tenders, identify scope of work from banks perspective, analyze data, prepare Income v/s cost sheet and co-ordination for application of tender if any. Also engage with NHAI, IHMCL, State Road Development Corporations and Concessionaires to understand their pain points and design specific solutions Consult with internal teams about specific needs of clients prior to developing or starting a project Once a project is complete continue overlooking it to determine how effective it was and develop New strategies to improve the product and processB) Portfolio and Relationship Management Ensuring maximum share of volumes comes to the bank. Focus is to increase portfolio volume & float from Merchants / PF Plaza / Concessioners to gain bank share. Retaining the merchants to avoid competition poaching banks merchants. Studying Competition product, features and commercials Maintaining product market shareC) Business Compliance Managing risk & compliance team and adhering their compliances for ME requirement. Training merchants staff i.e. Toll Plaza / Merchants/ Concessioners and ROsD) Channel Management Managing & engaging Channels mainly Branch banking, IFG ECG, CBG and other channels for the segmented products / solutions Work on existing CA customers, lending relationships in the segment & offer them digital solutions to drive CASA float & volumes. Introduction of products to branch staff by joining in branch huddles Manage customer escalations as per agreed Major actionable.SkillsHigh confidence level, ability to manage channel within the bankExcellent Oral & Written communicationWillingness to do end to end salesAbility to make cold calls & engage in pre-fixed appointmentsGood planner & organized working methodTo have a flair to develop interpersonal skillsMulti-tasking with clarity of prioritizationSound logical, reasoning & analytical abilitiesAbility to Travel to upcountry locationsWorking understanding of MS Office
