Channel - Direct Channel & Bancassurance
Designation - Financial Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities -
Business Development / Marketing:
Initiating contact with potential customers for developing leads, sales Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans to build consumer preference.
Evolving market segmentation and penetration for developing business strategies to achieve sales target.
Organizing various promotional activities and selecting advertisement media for enhancing sales.
Implementing competent strategies for business with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for meeting pre-determined business objectives and targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Keeping in contract with existing customers in person and by phone, making appointment with and meeting new customers. Agreeing sales prices, contracts and payments meeting sales targets.
Promoting new product and special deals, advising customers about delivery schedules and after sales services.
Recording orders and sending details to sales office giving feed back on sales trends.
Only Life Insurance Experience Candidates And Interested Candidates Apply
Salary - Upto 3 Lpa + Allowances + Incentives.
1. Should have work experience into Bancassurance channel or Direct channel in any life insurance company OR BFSI Sales.
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Should have successive track record & should be stable in one company for at least 1 year.
4. Should be confident, street smart, aggressive, accountable & result oriented
