job profile-Recruitment, Induction & Redeployment:
Identify business manpower requirements through continuous interaction with various Departmental Heads.
Develop / Implement new recruitment / selection policies as per staff projections.
Manage a team of recruiters engaged in sourcing potential candidates for various processes.
Optimize channels of recruitment, specifically recruitment database subscriptions and consultants.
Maintain a healthy database, pipeline of potential hires and plan Back-to-Back hiring.
Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle along with the team of sharp recruiters.
Manage the hiring process across middle & senior levels.
Facilitate Induction and Orientation for new employees.
Initiate various measures like focus group discussions, grievance redressal forums & other innovative methods to curb low vintage attrition.
Prepare monthly appraisal form of on roll candidates.
Salary & Payroll Functions:
Co ordinate Payroll Processing Team.
Checking salary sheet of on roll and labour contractor’s
Checking labour contractor’s bills.
Execute with prior approval, Soft loans, education loan, Group Medical Insurance & other hr Benefits.
Effectively manage bonus & other incentive payouts calculations for entire team.
Employee Welfare & Relations:
Prepare HR Scorecard for the employees .
Act as the Supreme Career Counselor for Support functions through their Performance Development Plans.
Implement Performance Management System & identify scope for enhancement by linkage to Variable incentive plan.
Initiate & drive various rewards & recognition (R&R) programs.
Formulate new hr policies aligned with organizational requirement basis & as per corporate trend analysis.
Maintain a consistent communication plan on hr core activities across the organization levels.
Conflict & grievance management for employees through effective counsel forums.
Ensure healthy employee-management relations in the organization,
Training & Development:
Interface with the Training Department / Team to Organize Essential Training Programs across various Bands.
Conduct Training Need Analysis, prepare Training Calendars & conduct Training Effectiveness Reports.
Conduct various trainings under hr Enterprise program.
Manpower planning, Developing source of Recruitment, Preparation of job description, KRA ,interview coordination, Salary Negotiation, Issue different letters.
Selection & Retention of employee.
Training & Development program.
To identify training need through process and make monthly and yearly training calendar and keep records of the execution of training and check their effectiveness.
Ensures legal compliance (Fire NOC, Pollution, Trade License, Over-Time Register, Bonus Register, Safety & Health Register, Damages, Accident Register).
Issue letter (warning letter, Suspension order Offer letter, Appointment letter, Absenteeism latter, Misbehavior letter, Termination letter, Charge Sheet etc. )
HR Reports (MRM PPT. presentation of monthly HR Reports)like manpower reports, Absenteeism, new joinee, left Reports, Accident Reports, Training Reports& etc.
Handling people related issues i.e. salary/wages, leave, gate pass/od etc. To facilitate the employee in case of hospitalize through mediclaim or ESI hospital.
Updating and Maintenance of all Manpower Registers , complaint register, Grievance Register, Personal file of workers & Staffs, Pest control register, water testing register etc.
Co-ordinate and ensure attendance / gate passes for all Sub-contractors’ labor.
Co-ordinate and ensure Shift work in time office, Manpower Data matching
Co-ordinate Daily Employees Counseling in all shifts
Co-ordinate Daily Mobile counseling of absenteeism employees
Co-ordinate Job Rotation of workers daily in all shifts.
Responsible for updating & auditing all personal files regularly
Maintain the employee’s data in Management Information System (MIS) and generate the attendance reports by Portal system .
Bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the support staff.
Verification of documents /background verification of new joined employees i.e. verification report includes:
Conducting employee satisfaction survey, designing reward and recognition scheme.
Ensure the notice board with the information about Thought of the Day message, Best Employee of the month announcement, articles on weekly and fortnightly basis
Knowledge of P.F. and ESIC.
F & F of employees.
Checking salary/ wages sheet of workers & staffs.
HR Polices & Procedures
Co-ordination with all departments, sub-divisions by maintaining good interpersonal relations.
