Experience: only graduates
• Work on the tickets assigned by quality analyst
• Addressing tickets resolved & closed in timely manner with proper resolution
• Responsible end-to-end status of the ticket and eventually in quality customer service
• Understanding the client queries and responds through mail effectively
• respond to client quires and issues about AMU , portfolio management , client database , software quires , add on services
• Individually responsible for all Pending status
• Maintaining tickets record , MIS reports and individual performance reports.
