Job Description

. Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
. Testing and evaluating new programs
. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these
. Writing and implementing efficient code
. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
. Determining operational practicality
. Developing quality assurance procedures
. Recommend and execute improvements in existing software and programs
. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
. Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
. Training users as and when required
. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 3 - 5 years of
experience in web and software development
. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
. Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment

. Demonstrated knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and
frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git)
. Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)
. Ability to learn new languages and technologies
. Knowledge of Stack development
. Ability to work independently and also in teams, multi-task effectively
. Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
. Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
