Job Description: Need Java Support Resources immediately for Bangalore
• Ownership of MBSE support Frontline Desk to address the Service Operations requests • 16x5 monitoring of MBSE Infrastructure environment • Create CISM tickets based on the predefined standard cases • Documentation of Service cases and standard operation procedures • Contribution to the predefined Knowledge database on SharePoint. • Communication & coordination with different teams in India & Germany • Resolve user reported issues as per the agreed SLA • Assignment and coordination of CISM tickets to Level 2 & Level 3 support group
• Technical point of contact for IBM JAZZ CLM tools (RTC,DNG,DM,GC,RELM,JRS,DCC,LQE) • Installing, upgrading and maintaining Enterprise CLM deployments • Data migration from other tools/platforms to IBM Jazz CLM Enterprise platform. • Providing technical design/architecture & solutions for customization with respective to Jazz applications • Handling tickets which are assigned to L3 group • Support L2 support team with all technical queries related to the IBM Jazz CLM platform • Support users with issues escalated through Incident Manager • Provide build, stream strategies to development teams in RTC • Fine tuning Enterprise CLM environment (Monitoring, Server issues) • Co-ordinate with Service delivery & Service Operations for Customization/development with Jazz Tools.
• Analysis of the requirements for the IBM CLM platform • To customize IBM CLM applications as per the Business requirements • Development (Design and implementation ) of adaptors/ plugins based on need • Documentation of analysis and POCs • Provide alternate solutions based on analysis of requirements • Write Test plan and Test cases produce test reports
• Analyze existing system and platform to ensure their optimal performance • Plan the CLM platform roadmap in line with Business vision • Analyze business requirements to integrate hardware, systems to the existing platform • Propose alternate solutions to improve and enhance the platform to the management • Develop Proof of concept, designs for integration of new software to the existing platform • Provide technical direction, mentoring and support to the team • Trouble shoot the infrastructure problems and provide solutions • Document the system architecture and solutions • Performance monitoring and recommendations
