Job Description:
  • Preferably an ITIL Expert, Works with a cross functional teams to provide IT Service Management expertise using established frameworks.
  • ITSM consultant will be responsible for enhancing Policies, Processes & Procedures as per ITIL  & ISO guidelines.
  • Apply quality analysis using quality tools and framework such as Six Sigma.
  • ITSM Consultant will be responsible for establishing standard processes for across organization to make sure the   excellence in technical function and improved documentation.
  • ITSM Consultant to capture the Daily, Weekly & Monthly data from technical domain owners and share the  reports with management.
  • ITSM consultant responsible for enhancing Incident & Service request management, Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management.
  • ITSM Consultant will be responsible for enhancing the IT Service desk processes.
  • ITSM consultant will be responsible for enhancing the ITSM tool as per global standard.
  • Organize weekly & Monthly service delivery reviews.
  • ITIL Expert or intermediate
  • Six Sigma, COBIT or ISO certified (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in process design and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of technical areas (i.e., Distributed Systems, Computer Operations, data communications, Storage  Management, Information Security, Contingency Planning, etc.) to identify and resolve cross-departmental issues; Represent departmental concerns at relevant conferences and/or internal/System level meetings; advanced knowledge of IT Service Delivery and governance Frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO, etc.); strong knowledge of software accounting and chargeback processes; strong knowledge and experience in project management and business acceptance frameworks; and basic knowledge of financial management accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational, project coordination, analytical, and interpersonal skills to develop, document and  implement  improvement processes and to transfer ongoing responsibility to host department  staff/management excellent time management skills to balance various work requirements, prioritize project deliverables, identify and resolve issues, and report status.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to convey Service Management principles and     influence  adoption of its accompanying organizational, cultural, and technological change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related IT field is preferred,
