About the Role
We are looking for talented IT Support Engineer having core expertise in mobility and end-user devices to join this team. The role will be responsible for improving the speed at which we can evaluate and onboard new types of devices and how they are managed and supported at scale. This requires full automation of device provisioning, device testing frameworks, managing network stacks as well as improvements to reporting and managing all project related transaction. Our products are built on top of standard AWS offerings. Our goal is to enable the business by allowing them to use the latest technology in our facilities, securely, with no operational defects.
You should be excited about learning every day and delighting customers by solving problems that impact order fulfilment. You are passionate about software quality, repeatability, reproducibility and maintainability. When you need clarity, you go to the customers, perhaps a user, and talk to them until you get it right. You understand the challenges associated with operating a large-scale system in production, and your designs and implementations reflect that understanding. You will expected to influence the engineers and stakeholders from multiple teams rather than authority.

Basic Qualifications :
. Degree in Computer Science or Netwoking.
. 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management
. Industry certifications on Mobility and End Devices
. Experience with system and application monitoring, software distribution, patching and maintenance
. Experience with Netwoking L3 deviecs and configuration.
. High degree of ownership in all matters within the domain but not limited to the same.
. Eager to learn, enjoy a fast-paced environment

. Driven to provide the best customer experience via technology
. Ability to drive innovation.
. Experience using Amazon Web Services
. Experience with network devices.
. Excellent written and oral communication skills
. An ability to think creatively and apply strong analytical and problem solving skills, driving issues to resolution.
