Job Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements -
Only Graduate with Minimum 1 year -5 Years and of IT Service Desk Experience which MUST include voice support
Mandatory Understanding of Computer Systems and troubleshooting skills on areas of -
Network Connectivity
Windows OS
Application Support
Telecom Devices
Internet Browser
Software Installation
Hardware Devices (Laptop/Desktop/Phone Systems)
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Understanding of ITIL Framework. Working knowledge of Incident Management and Request Management workflows.
Hand on knowledge on any Remote Assistance Tools (Dameware, Teamviewer, etc)


Role and Responsibility -
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

Package- till 36 K In hand + Rs. 200 per shift allowance + Incentives
